Marta leads our product training division and ensures our staff of CSRs is superbly equipped to deliver training to our clients that will turn them into xpert users of our Qualworx and MQMS software. Clients who have received training from Marta or her staff have not only marveled at how they learned to use the system so quickly and easily -- but also on how they learned to make their jobs easier by moving more of their PI projects into the Qualworx or MQMS environment. They can now actually get at information that had been eluding them or requiring hours of manual tabulation.

Ms. Shultz brings 20 years of healthcare experience to her customers. She Is expert in team training and facilitation, employee motivation, process improvement, indicator development and data integration. Marta has been recognized nationally for the innovative programs she has developed for decreasing staff workload while maintaining regulatory compliance and improving patient care. She has created a successful JCAHO ORYX® indicator program
as well as having published her strategies related to automating process improvement.

As a medical technologist, Ms. Shultz worked in various laboratory settings including over four years in virology, specifically HIV/Hepatitis testing and research. Ms. Shultz's is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). Her education includes a BS from the State University of New York at Geneseo, and certification in Medical Technology from Danville Memorial Hospital, Virginia.
